Solid Weave by GKD stands for standard products and also for specifically woven individual solutions.
Depending on the particular specifications, various materials are processed into special woven meshes in widths of up to eight meters.
Multilayered structures are possible, as are special alloys or ultra-modern finishing techniques in particularly clean environments.

Numerous new products and filtration solutions, often unconventional but subsequently widely acclaimed, have been developed here over the past decades.

The latest result of research is our innovative filter composite YMAX^®.
This stainless steel fiber-wire composite combines the advantages of two filter methods which were previously mutually exclusive, filtration with woven wire mesh or filtration with metal-fiber felt, i.e. high porosity with absolutely homogeneous pore structure.
Retention rates of 3 m to 100 m, and mechanical stability coupled with flexibility allow highly efficient surface and depthfiltration with a single filter media.
