SolidWEAVE - Twilled Dutch Weave
- GKD - SolidWEAVE Twilled Dutch Weave
Twilled Dutch Weaves are produced by weaving with fewer, thicker warp wires and a large number of thinner weft wires.
Using the twilled weaving pattern (2/2), it is possible to create light-proof meshes.
The available media range from 1µm nom. opening up to 50 micron opening.
Due to the very high mesh density this weaving pattern ensures extremely robust weaves even with very small apertures, making Twilled Dutch Weaves the optimal choice for a wide variety of filtration applications and filtration equipment.
These meshes are used in nutsch-type filters in the pharmaceutical and chemical industries, in various types of precoat filter systems as well as in cartridge filter systems.
Due to the very long production time, stock quantities of all standard weaves are maintained within the framework of a balanced production plan. This guarantees the greatest possible availability for our customers.
These stocks are produced using the standard materials AISI 304L/316L (DIN 1.4306/1.4404), but customer specific productions using special alloys like Nickel, Hastelloy, etc. can also be supplied on request.
