As an integrated filter media and filter unit concept, Maxflow ensures made-to-measure utility in three variants. The plug&play solution fulfills a wide range of typical process demands fast and effectively. A well-established alternative is the custom-made adjustment of individual components - for instance the implementation of a filter head - in existing equipment environments. The third option is the concept's availability as a complete system, specifically adjustable and expandable to meet both known and as yet unencountered customer requirements.

The patented concept provides filtration and briquetting in a single unit. Without filter aids - or if these are required with considerable reduced amounts of filter aids - Maxflow facilitates separation right down to the micro-filtration range. In filtration based on the cross-flow principle, the feed material flows around static filter discs made of specific types of filter mesh made to match the specific processes. Thanks to the system's modular structure, the number of filter discs and filter heads can be tuned precisely to the particular customer's process. Automated filtration with backwashing and discharge of retained solids as briquets or sludge are the reason for the filter system's great efficiency.
